Tony gets all Cali on us and presents the west coast as another episode of Strangers with Comics is unleashed. For this our 150th episode, we change things up a little and invite a couple of our Fresno friends into the studio. Listener favorite Ray the GameStop guy stops in and this time he is joined by new friend of the show Gene the Apple Store Guy. Gene is an avid collector of Action figures and he brings some of his more interesting examples. We talk about the various lines of superhero figures from DC and Marvel and discuss some of the best and worst to come down the pike. Along the way Tony waxes nostalgic on Micronauts and Star Wars figures piling into the Millennium Falcon during his youth.
 
We move on to video games talk and Ray shares some of the better games he has been playing. In our round table everyone talks about what they are playing including Epic Mickey, Amnesia, Dead Space and Red Dead Revolver. Ray gives a shocking revelation about his Xbox usage and everyone seems to enjoy Kinect and Move.
 
In what the everybody is watching segment we talk about some of the Oscar movies that we have seen and share the love for How to Train Your Dragon.

        Sorry this episode was later then we liked it to be; but we had some website problems. This week we get a visit from comic book legend Jerry Robinson. Jerry Robinson was  one of the creative forces on Batman during the early years, best know for the creation of character like Robin ( Dick Grayson ) and the Joker. After his time in comics he created the Cartoonists & Writers Syndicate/CartoonArts International. He talks about this and other events in his career, including his efforts to help out artist in other parts of the world making a living.  This is a great interview for anyone that ever wanted to hear stories of the early days of comics and how things have changed since then.
